Friday – 2/28/14

Today we will tackle the first workout of the 2014 CrossFit Open. If you registered for the open, you are welcome to attend any class throughout the day. We will have judges available to accommodate you. We encourage most athletes to attend the 4:30 or 5:30 evening classes for scoring.

15 Power Snatches (75/55) (65/45 for masters 55+)
