CrossFit NorthGate’s 1^st Annual

“Sizzlin’ Summertime Jam”

When: Sunday, July 20^th from 12-4pm

Where: Morton’s Warm Springs Resort, Glen Ellen (http://www.mortonswarmsprings.com/)

Who: NorthGate Members (spouses, significant others & kids welcome!)

Why: Because we appreciate our amazing community and want to have some fun!

What: Potluck style BBQ, beverages, swimming, Baggo,

Team Parker vs. Team Shanimal Volley Ball and good times.

Sign-up sheet is in the “locker room”. Please RSVP by 7/12.

Sounds fun! I’ll be in Scottsdale for a bachelorette. Sorry to miss it! Let me know when you guys want to have a Bocce tournament up at Trione Winery :).
