2. Skill work: HSPU & Handstand.

3. 3 Rounds followed immediately by a 1000m Row:

3 HSPU

3 Cleans (185/125)

or,

10 Push Press (115/75),

10 Cleans.

PM (noon, 4:30, 5:30): 15.4
