*the last workout of the 2015 CrossFit Games Open is this weekend. To celebrate, there will be a gathering at Ausiello’s on Friday evening at about 8pm.

For time:

1 mile Run, then:

3 Rounds:

20 KB Swings,

20 Double Unders,

20 Lunges,

20 Double Unders,

20 Sit-ups,

20 Double Unders,

then, 1 mile Row.
