*Please note: there will only be one class at 10am today. All other classes are cancelled.

1 mile run,
100 Pull-ups,
200 Push-ups,
300 Squats,
1 mile Run.

Reps may be partitioned as necessary. If you have a 20lbs weight vest or body armor, wear it.
