1. EMOM for 8:00:

8 Burpees,

Deadlifts for reps.

Any weight can be selected by athlete. Score equals total reps moved x weight per rep, e.g., 225lb x 30 reps = 6750lbs.

2. For time (can be performed in any order):

100 Double Unders,

800m Run,

40 cal Row,

20 Cal Assault Bike.
