* Reminder: there will be no class on Monday – there will however, be a hike/picnic/adventure. I expect you all to be there. Details here.

Partner WOD: with one person working at a time, complete as many rounds as possible. 7 minutes per couplet:

1. Sled push & rope pull.

2. Back extensions & farmer’s carry.

3. Rope climbs & Assault Bike.

4. Sandbag run and Sandbag Cleans.
