Today’s sets should serve as preparation for Saturday’s powerlift total.  Work up to your opening lift ONLY. You will not attempt a PR today!

~35%x5, ~55% x 5, 70% x 2, 80% x 1, 87.5% x 1, 92.5% x 1 of:

1. Back Squat,

2. Bench Press,

3. Deadlift.

4. Weighted pull-ups, 5×5.
