1. front squat, 75×5, 80×5, 85xmax reps.

2. alternating for 5 sets:

a. max rep ring pushups,

b. max rep supine ring rows.

3.  alternating for 5 sets:

a. rear delt. fly x 12,

b. stir the pot x :30.
