1. Deadlift, 75%x5, 85%x3, 95%x max reps.

2. Bench press, 3×5.

3. 3x:

a. 1-leg KB DL x 5/leg,

b. lateral raise x 12,

c. db triceps extensions x 12,

d. ring plank x 12.

4. Optional weightlifting:

power snatch + hang squat snatch + OHS, 7×1+1+1.
