Tuesday – 8/23/16

1. Front squat w/2″ hold in bottom position, 5×5.

2. Push press, 80×3, 85×3, 90% x max reps.

3. Isometric pull-up hold (C2B), accumulate 1:00 in as few sets as possible.

4. L-sit/tuck hold on parallette bars, accumulate 1:00 in as few sets as possible.

Option: snatch, work to a heavy single.
