Tuesday – 8/30/16

1. Front squat with :02 hold at bottom, 5rm.

2. Push press: 75%x5, 85%x3, 95%x max reps.

3. pull-up hold, accumulate 1:00 (do it better/harder than last week),

4. l-sit, accumulate 1:00 (do it better/harder than last week).

Optional weightlifitng: power clean x 3 (receive the first rep in quarter squat, second rep in a half squat, and third rep at parallel). 3×3 @ 65%, 2×3 @ 70%, 1×3 @ 75%, 1×3 @ 80%.
