2. Strict muscle-ups, strict pull-ups, and/or strict pull-ups.

3. 3 rounds:

:30 HS hold,

dips x 12,

ring row x 12.

Option: snatch skill progressions for speed, then: hang snatch, 7 x 1 @ ~80%.
