Strength:

1. Deadlift, 75% x 5, 85% x 3, 95% x max reps.

2. Press,  75% x 5, 85% x 3, 95% x max reps.

3. Strict pull-up  and/or muscle-up progressions.

4. Optional met-con. 2 rounds:

10 – 5

strict pull-ups, AB,

kipping pull-ups, AB,

C2B, AB,

BMU, AB,

ring muscle-ups, AB.
