*Attention members: this week is the final workout for the 2017 open! We will have a brief, post-open, wrap-up party after the final 17.5 heat tonight. We will order some tacos to refuel after your efforts. BYOB. Come support the team as we suffer through this hideous workout.

1. Jerk skill work, 5 x 5

2. AMRAP in 10:00:

Max rep hang-squat-clean-thrusters. Every time the barbell touches the floor, the athlete must complete 30 double unders or 8/5 calories on the AB.
