1. Front squat cluster:

@ 80% 1-1-1-1-1 w/:10 rest between sets immediately into,

@55% x 8-10 reps.

2. 5 sets, alternating:

1-leg KB deadlift x 5/leg,

russian twist.

3. 5 sets, alternating:

biceps curls x 8,

rear delt flys x 8.
