We are going to run an abbreviated schedule tomorrow at 6am, 8:30am and anytime between 4-6pm. Classes will run open-gym style and there will be a suggested workout including a warm-up, strength and mobility work. The air quality is such that exercise is ill-advised, however, many of us want to reconnect with each other and return to a sense of normalcy. Hopefully the smoke will clear soon and we can return to regular programming.
