2017 CrossFit NorthGate Holiday Party and Powerlift Total!

1RM:

Back Squat,

Bench Press,

Deadlift.

If you haven’t totaled before, get excited! This is our fourth year doing the PL total and we will guide you through the process. Everyone always has a great time!

Please arrive at 8:30 to begin your warm-up. We will give instructions at 8:50 and start lifting at 9:00. Following the lifts, the party will commence. Please bring a drink or snack to share!
