10 clean and jerks (very light),

5 burpees.

1. “Grace”

30 clean and jerks (135/95).

2. Overhead squat:

max reps at body weight or work to a heavy set of 5.

Mobility:

lax ball to QL x 1:30/side,

lax ball to traps x 1:30/side.
