1. Warm-up:

openers: 20 boot strappers, 20 alt. runners lunges, 20 dislocates.

activators, 3x: 15 kb swings, 10 goblet squats, 5 push-ups.

2. Deadlift:

1 x 7 @ 70%,

1 x 5 @ 75%,

3 x 3 @ 80%.

3. 3 rounds for time:

12 thrusters (115/80),

12 T2B.

4. Cool down:

roll quads w/bb,

hamstring smash (bb in low rack or paralette),

banded HS stretch x 2:00/leg.
