Warm-up:

30 lunges with dislocate,

3 x 10 db push press, 10 band floor bridges, 10 band squats, 10 ring rows,

BB skill work.

1. OTM x 14:00:

even: jerk x 3 @65-75%,

odd: muscle-ups x 3 or C2B x 6 or strict pull-up progressions x 4-6.

2. Back squat:

1 x 7 @ 70%,

1 x 5 @ 75%,

3 x 3 @ 80%.

Cool down/mobility:

roll lats,

banded OH stretch x 2:00/arm.
