Warm-up:

group partner warm-up (hip openers & wallballs),

group BB warm-up.

Strength:

1. EOMOM for 14:00 (7 sets): clean and jerk x 2.

2. Front squat, 3 x 10 (at heaviest C&J weight).

3. 3 sets:

10 strict T2B,

10 band wood chops.

Mobility:

Roll & stretch quads,

Roll & stretch triceps.
