Warm-up:

PVC warm-up & drills.

BB warm-up & drills.

Strength:

1. Hang squat snatch: 3 x 3, 3 x 2, 3 x 1.

2. EMOM for 12:oo:

even – strict pull-ups x 8,

odd – side planks x 1:00 (alternate R/L every other minute).

Mobility:

roll biceps,

stretch shoulder extension.
