Warm-up:

Get here early and get a solid row before class.

Banded hamstring floss x 30/leg,

3 x 6 KB DL, 20 1-arm swings, 10 1-arm push press, 6 cossack squats.

Strength:

deadlift, 5×5 (add 10-15lbs from last week).

Met-con:

3 rounds (15 minute time cap):

400m run,

15 strict HSPU,

9 power cleans (135/95).

Mobility:

BB calf smash,

BB hamstring smash.
