PVC openers,

BB warm-up.

Strength:

  1. EOMOM for 12:00: power clean + hang squat clean + front squat + jerk, 7 x 1+1+1+2.
  2. EMOM for 3 rounds:
    1. DB bench press/floor press x 12.
    2. Hollow hold x :30.
    3. Ring crunch x 12.

Mobility:

Lax ball to traps & t-spine.

Triceps stretch with band.
