Warm-up:

banded hamstring floss,

20 squat waves w/dislocate,

3 rounds:

15 KB swings,

10 wall-balls,

5 scap pull-ups,

5 ring rows.

Strength:

Deadlift, 5 x 5 (final week of this progression, add 10-15lbs).

Met-con:

3 rounds:

25 wall-balls,

20/15 cal row,

15 pull-ups.

Mobility:

LaX ball to the QL,

Banded hamstring stretch.
