10 table tops,

10 ring rows,

10 scap pull-ups.

Strength:

EMOM for 12:00

even – pull-ups x 4-6,

odd – dips x 8-10.

Met-con:

AMRAP in 8:00

2-4-6-8-10-12…

DB snatches (50/35),

6 box jump overs.

Moblity:

BB shoulder internal rotation,

static scorpion stretch.
