Warm-up:

openers: runners lunges, boot strappers, squat wave w/discloates.

activate: banded floor bridges, band walks, band squats.

BB warm-up.

Strength:

1. Hang snatch: work to a heavy single, then 3×3 at -10%.

2. Back squat: 45%, 55%, 65%, 75%, 80% x 5. 85% x max reps.

3. 5 sets: BB rollout x 8 + bird dogs x 10.

Mobility:

BB quad smash + couch stretch.
