Warm-up:

20 cal row,

1:00 hang from bar,

10 squat wave with dislocate,

10 scap push-ups,

10 piked scap push-ups,

20 pushups,

20 jumping pull-ups.

Strength:

Push press, work to a heavy set of three, then reduce weight by ~10% and do 3 x 3-5.

Met-con:

50/35 cal row,

50 DB clean and jerk,

50 burpees.

Mobility:

Lax ball to traps/t-spine working OH extension.
