10 arch/hollow swings,

10 stiff leg deadlift,

10 muscle cleans,

10 hang power cleans.

Met-con:

800m run,

21-15-9

pull-ups,

power cleans (135/95),

box jumps (24/20),

800m run.

Mobility:

banded hamstring stretch,

roll lats.
