Strength:

Deadlift: 45, 55, 65, 75% x 5, 85% x 3, 95% x max reps; or 1RM.

Met-con:

800m run,

20 deadlifts (225/155),

10 BMU.

Mobility:

Banded HS stretch x 2:00/leg,

banded OH extension.
