Strength: 

front squat:

45%, 60%, 70% x 5,

80%, 85% x 3

90% x max reps.

Met-con:

ARMAP in 9:00:

2-4-6-8-10-12…

DB/KB snatch (50+/35+),

burpee box jump overs,

handstand push-ups (sub pike HSPU or DB press).

Mobility:

LaX ball to upper traps/1st rib.

couch stretch x 2:00/leg.
