group BB snatch warm-up.

Strength:

15:00 to build to a heavy hang snatch.

Met-con:

EMOM for 16:00:

E – power snatch + OHS + hang snatch, 1 + 2 + 1 @ 80% of heavy single.

O – 30 double-unders + 6 burpees.

Mobility:

LaX ball to QL x 2:00/side.

pigeon stretch x 2:00/side.
