activation – band pull-aparts, band floor bridge, band squats

Strength:

floor press, 3RM.

Met-con:

5-15-25-35

wallballs,

KB swings.

Mobility:

stretch into shoulder extension behind back,

couch stretch,

pigeon stretch.
