Warm-up:

PVC warm-up, 2x:

10 squat waves with dislocataes,

10 good mornings,

10 hinge twists,

10 OHS,

10 drop snatches.

BB warm-up, 2x:

5 HPS,

5 PS,

5 OHS,

5 HSS,

then warm BB up to appropriate weight for EMOM.

Strength/skill:

EMOM for 6:00

1 power snatch + 1 hang power snatch + 1 OHS + 1 hang squat snatch.

Met-con:

6 rounds

16/12 calorie row,

20 air squats,

10 T2B.

Mobility:

LaX ball to t-spine/traps,

banded OH stretch.
