Warm-up:

Partner t-spine stretch,

dislocates and external rotation for rack position w/PVC,

band glute activation,

20 wall squats.

20 BB thrusters.

Strength:

  1. 1RM thruster (from ground…rack ok).
  2. Front squat x 20 (add a small amount to Tuesday’s lift (~2%)).

Met-con:

(7:00 time cap)

40/30 cal AB,

30 T2B,

200 double-unders.

Mobility:

Quadz!!!!
