What Does a Class Look Like?

- Every class begins with a proper warm-up to ensure the body is ready for exercise

-Technique work - we will practice the mechanics of the lifts

- Progressively build strength through traditional exercises

Wednesdays and Fridays:

5:15a, 6:15am, 8:15am, 9:15am,

Noon, 4:00pm, 5:30pm
