PROGRAMS

In a few shorts months, you will be blown away by what you’re able to accomplish in and out of the gym! The program that you are about to begin is highly effective; however, it’s not easy. You will be challenged not only by the high level exercises you will see here, but also challenged to re-learn movement with an emphasis on functional biomechanics and proper form and technique. We want to teach you to move in a way that creates optimal efficiency, minimizes the risk of injury, and balances the body.

CrossFit

We train to achieve broad and inclusive fitness...said another way, we want access to the full spectrum of athletic ability. From raw strength to endurance and everything in between, we seek to be good at everything, not specialized in any one area. What are we training for? LIFE! We want to be healthy, strong and maintain the ability to tackle whatever challenges we may face.

What does that look like in a class setting? In one hour, we will:

✅ properly warm up, preparing our bodies for exercise.

✅ work on the skills required to execute the movements in the workout of the day (WOD).

✅ execute the workout which is sometimes very strength focused, sometimes very endurance focused, but usually a combination of strength and conditioning.

✅ finish the session with a cool down and mobility work.

Fundamentals

Before cutting you loose into the group classes, we start everyone with our CrossFit Fundamentals course (with the exception of experienced CrossFit athletes). Here, you will gain the basic proficiency in the foundational movements necessary to confidently and safely transition into our group classes. This instruction is offered in a customized and private session format to ensure that you receive the attention needed to thrive in our group classes.

Our standard curriculum is 3 sessions, but some new athletes want to spend more time in one-on-one sessions - you are welcome to work privately with a coach until you are comfortable with the movements regularly utilized in our program. Other athletes with more experience with a barbell or gymnastics can move to classes with only one or two sessions.

The CrossFit Fundamentals curriculum follows a similar format to our group classes. We will begin with a warm-up, spend time learning new movements, do a short conditioning workout and finish with a cool-down and stretch. First time and accomplished athletes can look forward to learning a lot in this instruction-based, yet fun and interactive program.

Personal Training/Small Group Training

If you are more comfortable in a one on one or small group setting, if you have a history of injuries that you need to address, or if you have very specialized goals - private training will provide the additional attention and customization to help you thrive.

We have extensive experience training a broad variety of athletes including those who have been on the planet for a very short time, to those who have been around for a very long time.

If you want to learn to finally run without injury, take your strength to new levels, train for a spartan race, triathlon or just get your body into the best shape of your life...we've got you covered!

Youth Sports Training

Have a young athlete, group or team who need to improve their sports performance? Focusing on mechanics, speed and power production and general conditioning, we can transform a young athlete allowing them to compete safely at a high level now, and also creating a strong foundation and healthy habits that will serve them for a lifetime.
