Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes! We just ask for a start and end date for the time you will be out of the gym, and we will put a freeze on your billing until you get back. There is a $25 admin fee.
Once I sign up, is it possible to upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes - for instance, if you are signed up for an unlimited membership, you are able to downgrade to a 2x/week membership.
