You’re trying to do the right things...
You train consistently. You prioritize health and take care of your body.
But something isn’t working anymore.
Your shoulders hurt with overhead movement...
Your squat doesn’t feel stable...
Your back hurts when you bend and hinge...
You can't run without ankle or knee pain...
You’re modifying workouts more than you’d like...
Maybe you’ve tried PT. Maybe you’ve just worked around it hoping it gets better.
And nothing has really solved the problem.
At some point, you start to wonder if this is just how it is now.
Most people treat these issues too narrowly.
A shoulder problem gets treated like a shoulder problem.
A knee issue gets treated like a knee issue.
But in reality, these problems are usually originate from somewhere else.
Until you understand how your body works and moves as a system, nothing will really change.
A Different Way to Solve the Problem
1. Assess how you move as a system
Not just where it hurts—but how your body is working together
2. Identify the real limitation
The thing that’s actually driving the issue
3. Restore position, control, and movement
So your body can function the way it should
4. Integrate it into your training
So you keep progressing instead of starting over
You don’t need to stop training to fix this—you just need a better approach.
This isn’t physical therapy—and it’s not meant to replace it. PT is great for resolving specific issues. But rarely will you look at how the whole system is working together, and learn to move and train in a way that creates lasting function.
My background is in coaching. I’ve been working with athletes for over 25 years, and I specialize in understanding how movement breaks down under load—and how to fix it in a real training environment.
Many of the people I work with have already been through imaging, rehab, or treatment…but still can’t train the way
they want to.
That’s where I fit in.
We take what you’re dealing with and build a way forward—so you can train effectively without continuing to aggravate the issue.
