Our Sports Performance program is a one-on-one or small-group strength and conditioning program for high school athletes who want to get serious about how they train. Real, structured coaching - the kind college programs use - delivered in a setting where athletes don't just train - they LEARN how to train safely and effectively.
We start from the ground up: movement, mechanics, and fundamentals. Then we build.
WHAT ATHLETES WILL LEARN:
Proper lifting mechanics, body position and control, footwork
The movement patterns that will most efficiently build speed, power and explosiveness
How to breathe, brace, and control the body under load
Injury prevention and mobility work built into every session
Sport-specific strength development for your game
How to walk into any weight room and know exactly what to do
